One Good Woman

One Good Woman is a small business located in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. They primarily sell freshly ground coffee, loose leaf teas, and specialty gifts.

As a small business employee and social media manager, I had the opportunity to gain unique insight as to how small business’s are run. My goal was to increase customer engagement by creating interactive polls, stories, and posts across Instagram and Facebook. I started an initiative to increase ground coffee and tea sales by creating “DIY” recipe videos on TikTok and uploading them to the other social media platforms.
